How does the committee work

The residents association has a committee that is elected from its members annually. • Produces a newsletter, with the help of other committee members

The Residents Association is also made up of general members (free, no commitment). PRERA needs a minimum of 5% of Palace Road Estate residents to become members to officially registered as an RA with Lambeth Council (meaning 16 separate households).
