On the 9th April 2024 we emailed UK Power Networks regarding the re-instatement works to the grass area, as they are coming to the end of their supply renewal works.
We asked:
- What is the scope of the re-instatement works?
- Which contractor will be carrying it out?
- Is there a contact for the contractor?
- When is the re-instatement works likely to begin?
Daniel’s Reply:
Good Morning,
We are planning to level, top soil and grass seed all of the areas of work. We will be carrying out the works with our own teams.
We didn’t want to start this as with the recent weather we’ve had it would have washed away however with the weather improving we will be getting on this as soon as possible.

We will keep an eye on their work, and chase if we feel UK Power Networks have not fulfilled the above to a satisfactory standard. This includes to all the areas where there has been digging, along with re-installation of all the bollards on the estate and repair to areas of grass where there has been heavy traffic.
