You may have noticed a lack of updates from PRERA recently. Unfortunately, the PRERA registration lapsed in October 2022 due to inactivity. The good news is that a new group of residents are looking to restart the organisation. Please contact us if you would like to be involved.
There are several issues that residents have been concerned about such as the overgrown appearance of the estate, lack of maintenance and the costs of major works. We hope that by forming a residents’ association, people who live on the estate will be able to bring about improvements in these and other areas.

At the Hive Cafe (in the big new building). This is your chance to discuss the issues you care about and the plans for the Residents’ Association.
AGM – Saturday 9 September 2023. 12:15pm arrival, kick off 12:30pm
Also at The Hive Cafe. The Annual General Meeting is the big one we are asking anyone who lives on the estate to come to. We need enough people to attend or join online via Zoom for Lambeth to recognise us as an official Residents’ Association. We hope to see you there!
At the AGM we will elect some residents to become members of the Committee. The Committee will meet regularly through the year to organise activities and represent residents’ views.
