Lambeth’s Housing Scrutiny Sub-Committee met on Thursday 16th January 2025. The Lambeth housing scrutiny sub-committee is an oversight body of Lambeth Council that holds the council and its officers accountable for housing services and decisions.
Three leaseholders from Lambeth Homeowners Association – Alasdair Ross, Tracey Gregory, and Antony Wynn – spoke at the Lambeth Housing Scrutiny Committee on behalf of leaseholders and the issues regarding Major Works programmes.
