- Responsive Repairs: Carry out repairs to your property.
- Community Works: Carry out repairs to communal areas.
- Neighbourhood Housing: Manage your external spaces and deal with tenancy-related matters
- Homeownership & Rents: Tenant and Leaseholder services like rent and service charges
- Estate Services: Oversee the outside services like rubbish collection, cleaning, gardening, play areas and improvements
- Resident Engagement: Working alongside Residents, Tenants and Leaseholders
