Following the Estate Parking Controls Consultation – Housing Estate Permit Parking Phase 4 ‘HEPP4’ – last year, we are now are awaiting the the Highways Team final published report.
The was due to be published in March this year, but has been delayed. As of 25th June 2025, the HEPP4 team are still awaiting final approval from the Spend Control Panel before the report can be released, and the Traffic Management Order progressed.
The HEPP4 team are continuing to press for the necessary sign-off and will send an update as soon as they receive approval from the Spend Control Panel.
