An update on small estate works, repairs and maintenance from the last few of months…
UKPN Emergency Works
The work that has recently taken place on Palace Road towas replace a faulty link box (unrelated to the previous estate works) and was carried out under an emergency faults permit which was granted by Lambeth.
PRERA continue to chase the resolution of the snagging from UKPNs work in 2024-2025.

Coburg Crescent Carpark
Lambeth external contractor, Coldrum Group, will be using the Coburg Crescent Carpark for works in the local area. They will be on site for about 6 months from February 2026, taking 2 parking spacing surrounded by Harris fencing up where they will put storage containers. The contractor is an established company, and PRERA are talking to them regarding what can be obtained for PRE in a gesture of goodwill.
‘Weeding’ of Hard Surfaces
On 4th February Secro completed a strimming of some of the hard surfaces on the estate.
Repair to fence along the South Circular
The metal fence along the South Circular has been repaired after a car crash last year. PRERA supplied the details of the vehicle to Lambeth at the time and this repair should have be claimed via the drivers insurance and not passed onto service charge paying residents.

Mystery markings on Ponton House Platform
PRERA contacted Lambeth to ask what these marking were for and what was planned. Community Works did not know anything about them and has requested their removal.
