‘Weeding’ of Hard Surfaces
Serco attended the estate on the 29th/30th of April 2026. In 2025 Serco attended on the 28th/29th April, the 18th/21st of July, and the 8th-10th of October last year. So hopefully a good sign they will be better this year too.
Ponton House Garage
Residents have noticed work has begun to Ducavel House garage in April. PRERA have email Lambeth for an update on the works and to flag that residents have not received any communications about the works.
Another leak on Palace Road
PRERA reported anther leak on Palace Road on Monday 29th June 2026.
