Wonderful news from the team at the HIVE – The new windows and shutter have finally been installed and they can reopen.
We couldn’t have envisaged the cafe would be closed for 6 months back in December 2024 when all this started. We hope we can all put this awful episode behind the community and look forward to having a much loved community resource back.
In regards to the suspect, the Safer Neighbourhood team updated us with the following:
“We arrested a suspect, but he has been ‘no further actioned’ as we do not have enough evidence to change him with an offence.”
